"Snickers" Inspired Cream Bar

Where are my snickers, chocolate, ice cream bar lovin' girlies at?

These bars go viral every year that I post them! Maybe not viral, but they are loved hard on and I know you are going to love them!! I am obsessed with using dates as a natural sweetener and they give these bars the perfect "snickers" vibe. I use a mini popsicle mold for them because they are super rich so a little goes a long way. When I tell you they will become a summer staple in your home, I mean it.
