JNP 6: I stopped choosing “him” and chose me

This is by far my most personal episode and I questioned putting it up numerous times.

Choosing me wasn’t easy and it sure didn’t come to me overnight. This is self-love at it’s finest and let’s be real – it took me over a decade of navigating relationships to be able to finally say I chose me, without blinking and gosh did it feel liberating (but hurt like a b*tch too).
