JNP 20: Let’s Talk Implants and Body Confidence

For the first time, I’m talking about my experience with body confidence or lack of, that led me to get implants at the age of 18 years old.

To me body confidence doesn’t mean you can’t get implants or re-configure your physical appearance, it’s more about the reasoning behind WHY you are altering your appearance.

I talk about my insecurities to my recent revelations (and how I got some recent negativity around self-tanner).
