Who struggles hard during the summer? I personally used to think it was so much easier- the fruit, the vegetables, the salads, and all the outdoor activities. That was until my lifestyle changed a bit, my social circles changed a bit, I got older, wine began to taste better, and avocados became something I craved in overconsumption…and by avocado, I mean guacamole smothered onto salty chips or spread across a big ol’ burger. What I am trying to tell you is I GET IT, I really do.
