By no means has my life been easy, simple or normal. I want this podcast to normalize life. For you to realize it’s okay to be a human being with too many emotions to count, a ton of experiences and most of all, how to have fun.

Each episode will end with homework - but don’t worry, it’s homework that will help you change your life and you don’t have to hand it in. So, let’s dig in.
