The nutshell version: Iā€™m a 37 year old sassy and stubborn Taurus who grew up in a small town outside of Vancouver, Canada.
I began putting my life online almost 8 years ago and have been sharing the ups, downs and sideways moments through my grief, break-ups, leaving my corporate career to pursue entrepreneurship, and ... my wild life as a mom to Cruz.

My Arbonne Story
It was 2019 and I was pregnant with my son, Cruz. I was previously the "fit girl" who truly wasn't prioritizing health in the way I do now. I cared more about the label reading lower calories than the quality of nutrients. Can you relate? I was also a massive coffee addict, like 900+mg caffeine daily and all of a sudden had aversions to even the smell of those delicious little coffee beans.
So, despite me always saying no to Arbonne, I tried it. Fizz was the gateway drug into the next chapter of my life.
I purchased a bundle full of new protein, greens, fizz and all the things (to be honest I thought I'd return most of it cause vegan proteins usually taste like lawnmower scraps). But, instead I was hooked. I felt better than I ever did, while pregnant.
