Hey Gorgeous,

Here's a little glimpse into the circuit I taught this week that felt good. You know those workouts that just leave you feeling the perfect amount of "that kicked by butt" + "I'm going to feel that tomorrow" with a splash of "my confidence just boosted"? That's this workout.

All the workouts I coach are based on timed intervals and are usually around the 22 minute mark, can be done from home and don't require 43 pieces of equipment.

30 sec ON | 10 sec OFF | 4 rounds
