I used to be all about the reps and sets in the gym (and truly miss those times) but life is different now. What works for me is the quick and sweaty sessions I can do from home.

Over the course of mama-hood I've coached over 300 of these 22 minute burners from my living room & now I'm developing a program specifically around this.
