Simple and Fun

Creating a lifestyle shouldn't be stressful or complicated. In this challenge we will teach you the basics so that you can start eating without calculations, making delicious recipes and getting back to the basics of nutrition.

Learn Together

You will have a whole community of people doing this challenge alongside you (virtually), including myself. There are going to be live cooking tutorials, meal preps, grocery hauls, and... workouts (a little sweat never hurt no one).

Recipes

We have recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner...and even fun boozy concoctions for you as well.

There will be many plant based alternatives but everything can be easily swapped for vegan inspired recipes.

Best part, they are delicious!

Mindset

Our first week will be mainly mindset focused to help you dig deep into your goals so that you know why you are here, how you will be reaching your goals and what you will be doing to get there.

Each week after we will be there to support and unpack your relationship with food.

Movement

The bonus, but fun, part of these 30 days will be where we have live workouts from different coaches in different fitness realms (like zumba)!

You only need your body for most workouts and they can be done from your living room floor.

How to Navigate the Next 30 Days

Step 1: Join our Facebook group, this is where all of our daily accountability, live workouts, cooking, and community action will happen.

Step 2: After you've joined, welcome yourself in - get uncomfortable and share a quick video or intro post in the thread telling the group (but mainly yourself) why you are here with us. This is also when you can take your starting point pictures (scary, I know). I won't force you to post them but you might get inspired by the dozens of others who do, feel free to drop yours in as your commitment to change.

Step 3: After you've done that, come here and check out our recipes. Pick the ones that stand out to you and plan out your weekly meals and jot down your grocery list. Don't wait until Monday rolls around to hit up the grocery store, get prepared and plan ahead. 

Step 4: Begin! On Day 1 you will see a post pop in with our first day of our Mindset Reset that we will all be doing together as a group. Get ready to get more uncomfortable and welcome growth into your life.

Each day for the first week we will tackle a new area of our mindset together to set ourselves up for success in 2021.

Step 5: Don't worry about doing everything right, all you really need to do is come in with an intention to show up for yourself, and make little strides towards your goal.

So, how do we eat, how much and when?

We don't do rules around here, cause rules just lead to rebellion. But, we will tell you a couple things that have worked for many others in the past in creating their lifestyle.

1 - Do not focus so much on the times you are eating, instead listen to your natural hunger cues. If you aren't a big breakfast type of person, no sweat - eat later on. The key ingredient is that you are listening to your hunger cues and that you are eating ENOUGH calories in the day.

2- Do not weigh your food, count every calorie and become a tracking obsessed nut. Sure, knowledge is power BUT if you are constantly focusing on numbers versus what your body actually needs/wants then you are not honing in on the intuitive side.

*if you do not have any knowledge around calories it is great to begin to have awareness over the calories you are consuming so that you know you are getting in sufficient macros and in alignment for your goals*

3- Build your own meals based on the recipes that you are drawn to from our recipe books, create your own following our healthy living principals (listed below) and start eating without restrictions baby!
